If you have a warranty issue regarding any of our products, or would like to discuss your experience with our design teams in store, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our aftersales team.
At SKO we are proud of our excellent customer service and no quibble warranty. If any of our customers experience any issues with any product we have supplied, in the first instance please contact our aftersales team. Our aftersales team will help you rectify any issues with minimum delay. If required, a member of our aftersales team can visit your home to ensure your issue is dealt with in the best possible way. If you are a supply only customer, that requires help or advice regarding the fitting of your kitchen or bedroom, in the first instance please speak to a member of our design team from the store you purchased your product. If however our design team cannot help you please speak a member of our aftersales team.
What is covered?
All products manufactured by SKO are guaranteed for between 5 and 10 years (up to 15 years if installed by an SKO Approved Installer). Please click 'Find out More' for futher details
